Notes for CC and VH (not to be formatted yet)Multidisciplinary (research, education, workplace competencies)Human factor tools used across different industries and sectors
Our multidisciplinary team includes a range of researchers with backgrounds in psychology and organisational behaviour, human factors and ergonomics, medicine and business. Together, these perspectives have been used to generate tools that assist in improving safety, productivity, and wellbeing across a range of domains.
Throughout our collaborative research, a range of tools and methods have been developed. These can be used for research purposes as well as for practical applications, for example, guiding field observations, gathering data, and making assessments. This project has created an online hub that digitises our tools and methods, and makes them accessible to industry for use.
